Exchange & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Selinne. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you feel confident when purchasing from us. This policy explains your rights to returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with UK consumer law.


1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

  • Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (via email) within this period.

  • After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Not fall under excluded items (e.g., for hygiene reasons, certain products such as underwear, swimwear, or earrings cannot be returned unless faulty).


3. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 working days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.


5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with details and photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


7. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@selinne.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Send the item(s) back to us within the timeframe stated above.


8. Exceptions

  • Sale items may be eligible for returns, unless otherwise stated.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or earrings unless faulty.
