Shipping & Deadlines Policy

At Selinne, we want to ensure that you are fully informed about our shipping process and delivery times before you place your order. As we operate using a dropshipping model, delivery times may differ from typical UK-based retailers.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.


2. Shipping Times

Since our products are shipped directly from our suppliers abroad, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (Free/Low-cost option): 7–20 business days.

  • Express Shipping (if available): 5–12 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs checks, courier delays, or busy shopping periods (e.g., Christmas or Black Friday).


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will depend on the chosen delivery method.

  • Standard shipping is often free or included in the product price.

  • Any additional customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 5 business days to appear, as international carriers process the parcel.


5. Delivery Deadlines (UK Consumer Rights)

  • UK law requires that goods be delivered within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

  • If delivery exceeds 30 days without your prior consent, you are legally entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.


6. Delayed or Lost Orders

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@selinne.com with your order number.

  • We will investigate with our suppliers and courier partners.

  • If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will either send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.


7. Multiple Items Orders

  • Please note that items ordered together may arrive in separate parcels due to supplier locations.

  • You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, BFPO addresses, or certain remote areas.
